The regeneration of land and buildings by development is an active and growing market. Primmer Olds are proactive in disposal and acquisition of "brown" land, with a working knowledge of grant systems, effects of contamination, planning, and local and central government policies.
In the last 12 months Primmer Olds have been involved with the sale/purchase
of over 50 acres of development land in and around South Hampshire:
Testwood Distribution Park, Totton, Southampton.
An 11 acre site where 125,000 sq.ft. of part refurbishment, part
new build manufacturing space is under construction.
Ampress Park, Lymington.
A 30 acre mixed commercial and industrial development where some 500,000
sq.ft. of accommodation is to be constructed.
