We undertake valuations for all purposes on commercial property together with development sites and investments. In particular we carry out valuations for the following:
- Mortgage / loan security valuations for banks, building societies and other lending institutions. We act as panel valuers to major Banks and Building Societies.
- Valuations for accounting purposes, tax, planning etc.
- Valuations for probate.
- Valuation advice on acquisitions, sales and lettings.
- Valuation advice in respect of rent reviews / lease renewals.
- Valuation appraisals for development and investment purposes.
We also act as Expert Witnesses or Independent Experts in cases of dispute.

Our reports are completed to a high standard in terms of content and presentation and are tailored to
suit individual requirements be they for private clients or lenders. They are undertaken in accordance with the requirements
of the Valuation and Appraisal Manual of the Royal Institution of Chartered Surveyors ('Red Book').
