Business Rates are a very significant outgoing to any occupier of commercial business premises. Primmer Olds actively advise clients in respect of rating appeals which will be an ongoing process with rating revaluations scheduled to take effect every five years.The recent rating revaluation took effect from April 2005. The rates payable on premises will relate to the valuation of property as at 1st April 2003.
